I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and qualified as a yoga teacher last year. To be honest I finally had the time after my children grew up. The yoga teaching incorporates much of the philosophy of A.G.Mohan (https://www.svastha.net/) linking body, the breath, and mind to form a practice around the student. The yoga I teach is a work in not a workout. I also coach movement for runners in a very yoga orientated manner, as well as holding workshops, UK and European retreats, 1-2-1's and private group bookings. I hope that when folk attends the class they leave with a sense of calmness and lightness in their mind and a greater awareness of their body connecting through their breath.
