Pilates re-starting at The Yoga Station Fridays 11.30-12.30

Starting on Friday 28th February 2020, Clare Briggs will join The Yoga Station to teach Pilates. Clare says;

"I discovered Pilates whilst marathon training and initially found that it helped me to train more efficiently and avoid injuries too. I also found that practicing Pilates had a pronounced beneficial effect on my mental wellbeing. This is what inspired me to study Pilates and qualify to become a teacher. I practice Pilates regularly and I feel this compliments my training invaluably. I am passionate about the benefits of Pilates to both the body and mind and feel so excited to have completed my instructor training and can’t wait to share my practice with you all."
