This Kundalini Yoga workshop will be an introduction to this form of yoga, exploring what it is and what the short and long term outcomes are of practising. I will be taking people through each component of a typical class, including a full Kriya and relaxation with the gong. I would invite people to bring a yoga mat, blanket, water and an open mind. Sunday 15th Sept 11-3pm: Open Day at The YOGA STATION
Have you ever wanted to try Yoga but been too embarrassed or scared to go along to a class? Well The Yoga Station on platform 2 Whitley Bay Metro Station is running an Open Day on Sunday 15th September from 11-3pm. Free taster sessions for a mother and babies class, a Yoga ‘Gold’ class, a Hatha and Ashtanga class will be available for you to try on a first come basis. The Yoga Station provides all the equipment necessary, all you need to bring is yourself and to wear comfortable clothing. The sessions will last 30 minutes.
