Hello, and welcome!

I am Lucy, and I invite you to join me in a slower style of vinyasa yoga on a Friday evening at 6 - 7pm  just in time to reset before the weekend ahead. 

Even though many people who come to the class already have some experience with the physical practice of yoga asanas (poses), going slow means that the classes are suitable for people with different amount of experience. This way everyone can get what they need from the class, whether it’s focus, strength, self-compassion, or much more. I find that a slower practice enables a deeper exploration and awareness.  

I believe that yoga is suitable for most bodies, if not for every body.

It doesn't matter what shape, size, age, gender, are, if you use the practice of yoga (poses) to the benefit of you and others.

The only thing you may wish to disclose to me is if you have any injuries or particular sensitivities or concerns, and I'll do my best to offer alternatives to make yoga a good experience for you. You can always email me or come talk to me ahead of the class start.
