Dru Yoga Teacher


Dru Yoga is a gentle, graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Like other forms of yoga, Dru works on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, whilst deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. The class is generally based around soothing movements and a series of postures to maintain physical strength during treatment, followed by a long, deep relaxation to help calm the mind, reduce anxiety and foster total relaxation, giving the body a chance to heal itself. Sometimes after the session the participants head off together to enjoy a drink at one of the local cafes.


Class lasts 1 hour. Mondays 10-11am.
