I'm Cat the founder of The Yoga Tribe. I use current medical knowledge from my background as a nurse alongside ancient yogic wisdom to support you to tune in to your own body and move in a way that feels good to you.
I was awarded the Spirit of North Tyneside Award in 2021 for the way I supported mothers during the pandemic. I continue to work in a way that creates community and support for women throughout motherhood.
Weekly Simple Feel Good Yoga
Simple Feel Good Yoga is designed to simply make you feel good. We flow through a selection of gentle and active yoga postures that will nourish your mind, body and soul. This class encourages you to tune into your own body. You will be given options to move in a way that feels good to you. Each class will start with a short breathing exercise and end with a relaxation.
Classes are £5 advanced booking or £7 cash drop in.
