I'm Cat the founder of The Yoga Tribe. I use current medical knowledge from my background as a nurse alongside ancient yogic wisdom to support you to tune in to your own body and move in a way that feels good to you.
I was awarded the Spirit of North Tyneside Award in 2021 for the way I supported mothers during the pandemic. I continue to work in a way creates community and support for women from pregnancy, new motherhood and beyond.
Weekly Simple Feel Good Yoga
Simple Feel Good Yoga is designed to simply make you feel good. We flow through a selection of gentle and active yoga postures that will nourish your mind, body and soul. This class encourages you to tune into your own body. You will be given options to move in a way that feels good to you. Each class will start with a short breathing exercise and end with a relaxation.

It takes a village to raise a child, so come and join us in one. Being a new mum is a massive change in your life. You are trying to meet the needs of a small human, your body aches in ways you've never felt before and you're ready for some real conversation.
If that sounds like you, we've got you.Come join our monthly sessions for some movement to ease out those aches, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, followed by real conversation with a cuppa and cake!
You must be a minimum of 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section.
