With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and its emphasis on flowing movements, Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress.
Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups, Dru is a gentle, relaxing and beautiful form of yoga.
The Dru Yoga for a Health Back course has been designed by doctors and physiotherapist working with back pain – the aim is to get you moving comfortably and freely. To join the class please contact Amanda to arrange an assessment.
Amanda is a former dentist with a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle. She trained in Dru yoga as a release from the stress of her professional life and has found the benefits of regular practice to be far-reaching.
