Although yoga benefits physical health, there are also many aspects which improve emotional wellbeing. Sharon will introduce you to this mind-body practice, guiding you through yoga poses, yoga sequences and breathing techniques.

Sharon is an experienced counsellor, yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist.

The classes will be held in blocks of 6, with the first commencing on Tuesday 2nd November 2021.

Classes run on Tuesday evenings from 6pm – 7pm.

For maximum benefit, book all six classes for £45 (£7.50 per class).

Individual sessions available at £8.50.
