I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I began yoga when I was really struggling with my mental health at the start of my career in Engineering. Yoga has taught me to slow down, take notice of how I'm feeling both physically and mentally and practice self-care. I trained to be a yoga teacher because I want to share this with others.
My weekly classes will involve, breath awareness and meditation to put your mind at ease. Alongside mindful movements, exploring different poses, building strength, mobility and stability.
As well as my weekly classes I deliver a range of workshops.
