Hello, my name is Judith and I’m a passionate Kundalini Yogini, who has been inspired to train as a yoga teacher in order to share this beautiful practice with others. Being a Psychologist, I know how important emotional regulation and mental well-being is in today’s world. I have also suffered from anxiety in the past, myself. I can honestly say that I haven’t found anything as powerful as Kundalini Yoga to help people regain a sense of well-being and joy.

Kundalini Yoga

This yoga is a complete technology that works on multiple levels to transform you from the inside out! I am so excited to have the opportunity to offer Kundalini Yoga with Gong classes at the Yoga Station. The classes will include:

  • Tuning in

  • A Kriya (exercises incorporating movement, chanting and pranayama)

  • Relaxation with gong

  • Meditation

  • Tuning out.

As well as doing yoga and psychology, I am currently learning French…which is taking ages as I’m not very good I also enjoy a spot of gardening and I took on an allotment two years ago to grow veg. Also, like many, over the lockdown, I took up outdoor swimming (well…dipping, really), which I love. If I have any time left I spend it with my two doggies, Amber and Cheeky and my two cats, Bear and Lulu.
