I deliver PiYO classes at the yoga station. PiYO takes inspiration from yoga and Pilates movements and is set to music. The class is a faster pace than some yoga based classes and has cardio segments which aim to stretch, strengthen and tone.
I am an experienced dancer and use my passion for dance and movement in all of my classes. I teach a range of fitness and dance classes around the area and am passionate about helping people to get fit and get moving, whilst having fun at the same time.
